Nice game,but has a big bug,help please

Yesterday several 5stars character were disappear.They didnt appear in Edit,funny thing is,in inventory you still can check which equipment they have,and level them up.
But You Just Could Play Them In Game Any More!!
GM,Please help,its a lovely game,so I still give 5 stars for the feedback.
